Refund Policy
Cradlescan does not offer voluntary refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing cycle.
The Learn lifetime add-on ($247 USD) is non-refundable.
Nothing on this page limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law — see clause 3.
1. Subscription
Cradlescan is sold on a recurring monthly subscription at US$67 per month (Founding 150 Rate) or the then-current Standard Rate.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer voluntary refunds for current or prior subscription periods, in whole or in part, and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
- Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time from the Manage subscription button on your dashboard, which opens Stripe's billing portal and stops the next charge in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing cycle; you retain access until that date. Download any reports you want to keep before you cancel.
- The Founding 150 price-lock. First 150 paid subscriptions to complete checkout lock $67 USD/month for the lifetime of the active subscription. Cancellation, lapsed payment, or chargeback ends the founding rate permanently. See Terms clause 6.2.
2. Learn lifetime add-on
The Cradlescan Learn lifetime add-on is sold as a one-time purchase at US$247 USD for permanent access to the structured course content.
- The Learn lifetime add-on is non-refundable. Course content is delivered immediately on purchase and cannot be returned.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
If Cradlescan or the Learn add-on has a major failure that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under those non-excludable consumer guarantees. To raise a claim under this clause, email intern@thegrowmeco.com with a description of the failure and any supporting evidence; we will respond within 2 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute against any Cradlescan invoice without contacting us first, we treat that as a Cancellation Event under the Terms and your access (and any Founding 150 price-lock) ends permanently. We will respond to the chargeback with our records of your account activity. If you have a problem, email us first.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address registered on your account and posted on this page with an updated Last updated date.
