Refund Policy

Version:v0.4-draft
Effective:2026-04-29
Last updated:2026-08-20
In short

Cradlescan does not offer voluntary refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing cycle.

The Learn lifetime add-on was withdrawn from sale on 2026-08-18 and can no longer be purchased. Purchases made before then are non-refundable; existing owners keep their access permanently.

Nothing on this page limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law — see clause 3.

1. Subscription

Cradlescan is sold on a recurring monthly subscription by market lineUS$97 per month for one line, US$167 per month for two, and US$197 per month for All-Access (all three lines). Adding a line is charged as the difference between your current plan and the larger one, billed immediately and with no free trial. Monthly billing only. Existing crypto subscribers are grandfathered onto the Crypto line at their current price (see Terms clause 6.7). Subscribers who locked the Founding Rate during the Founding 150 promotion (closed 2026-05-19) continue to be billed at their locked rate per Terms clause 6.2.

2. Learn lifetime add-on

The Cradlescan Learn lifetime add-on was withdrawn from sale on 2026-08-18 and is no longer purchasable. It was previously sold as a one-time purchase granting permanent access to the structured course content. Customers who bought it keep that access permanently, whether or not they hold an active subscription.

Removing one line but keeping the others. You can drop a single market line without cancelling. It takes effect at your next billing date — you keep the line you removed until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no refund or part-credit for that period because nothing is cut short. From the next invoice you pay the standard rate for whatever you still hold: drop to one line and it is US$97 per month, the normal one-line price, not a discounted remainder.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

If Cradlescan or the Learn add-on has a major failure that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under those non-excludable consumer guarantees. To raise a claim under this clause, email intern@thegrowmeco.com with a description of the failure and any supporting evidence; we will respond within 2 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute against any Cradlescan invoice without contacting us first, we treat that as a Cancellation Event under the Terms and your access (and any Founding 150 price-lock) ends permanently. We will respond to the chargeback with our records of your account activity. If you have a problem, email us first.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address registered on your account and posted on this page with an updated Last updated date.
